MATT GALLAGHER is a personal trainer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. While pursuing his Master’s Degree, Matt conducted a research project on college students and studied the effects of supervised weight training on body composition changes and strength increases. Matt has extensive knowledge and experience using body composition techniques, including the latest body fat analysis testing.
Matt has also trained Division I collegiate athletes. While Matt’s main interest and area of expertise is involved in rapid body-recomposition (lowering body fat and improving lean muscle tissue), Matt also has experience with corrective exercise, speed training, agility training, power training, and strongman training. Matt has been training people of all ages and fitness levels for 5 years cumulatively speaking, and his passion and desire to help people achieve their fitness goals is one of the biggest thrills in his life.
