Kim Spreitzer received her certification as a personal trainer through the World Instructor Training Schools, and is also certified by the American Council on Exercise. Kim’s main focus is helping individuals integrate fitness into their lifestyle and finding that balance of health and wellness, not only through exercise, but nutrition as well. Fitness is a way of life for Kim and she is committed to developing custom goals and exercise programs for individuals as well as helping them to work out smartly. Before becoming a personal trainer, Kim studied in areas of anatomy and physiology, biomedical terminology, intro to physical therapy, and a number of other science, math, and English areas. Kim has a special place in her heart for elderly and has enjoyed many years volunteering in a nursing home. Kim welcomes the opportunity to train individuals of all fitness levels and is CPR/AED certified.
