John Bolster received his personal training certification through the World Instructor Training Schools. John’s knowledge is vast in many fitness related areas and, more specifically, John has extensive knowledge related to youth strength and conditioning. John’s training methods are science based and can be customized to meet the wants and needs of an athlete. In addition to specializing in youth strength and conditioning, John is passionate about body fat reduction in all ages. Outside MFC, John enjoys being outdoors and playing a variety of sports. John has also enjoyed extensive strength training since a young age and continues to actively strength train. These experiences help him connect with and teach a younger generation of athletes. John welcomes the opportunity to work with a wide variety of athletes and help them to reach their maximum potential.
