Certified in Group Exercise, Ballet Barre and Personal Training, Devon can make you sweat with high intensity boot camp, weight training, cycle, kickboxing and “sprinterval” (don’t ask). But don’t worry, she can soothe your muscles with her signature “Yo-stretch” and some foam rolling. She has three mantras: train for change, failure is success and finish weak.
