Dan Vida is a certified personal trainer through The American Council on Exercise (ACE). Through his studies, Dan gained a strong knowledge in the science of fitness. Dan enjoys working with young athletes, looking to safely improve functional strength and help athletes gain an edge on competition. Dan is also passionate about working with people of all ages on body composition goals (burning fat and gaining lean mass). Outside of MFC, Dan is studying kinesiology (the study of the mechanics of body movement) at Northern Illinois University and competing in submission grappling, which has given him the opportunity to train alongside and work with amateur to professional athletes. Dan has a strong passion for fitness and would love to help you find and achieve your goals.
