Midwest Fit Club (MFC) is a company created to provide a great workout experience to the current members of the Naperville facility. The goal of MFC’s sole location is to bring innovations into the club to make it the ultimate workout destination in Naperville. MFC will bring in a new set of personal trainers, along with a cordial front-desk staff, to take care of all of your needs.
Can I trial the gym before joining?
Yes! Simply complete the form to the upper right side of your screen and we’ll send you a FREE 17 day All Access Membership Guest Pass, that will be good for 17 days! With your guest pass, you have All Access to our cardio equipment, free weights, strength training machines, and UNLIMITED fitness classes. You can also come in to the gym when you are ready to workout and start your trial that day! Trial pass is for first time users only and is valid for 17 consecutive days.
Month-to-Month memberships: Basic and All-Access (includes use of the gym equipment and unlimited fitness classes) Group class packages and Day, week and month passes are also available for purchase.
I am a college student only home for a couple of months for summer vacation, what is my best bet?
Taking part in personal training or small group training, 2-3 people, can help individuals to train in a safe and effective way. If you are training incorrectly and using poor technique and form, you are more susceptible to becoming injured. By taking part in personal training or small group training with an MFC trainer, you will be training in a safe environment and instructed how to use proper technique and form. An MFC trainer can help to motivate and provide you with guidance that will help you to reach and exceed your health and fitness goals.
Do I have to purchase a membership in order to work with a personal trainer?
No, personal training can be purchased separately. You only need a membership if you plan on using the gym equipment on your own time, outside of your personal training sessions.
What are the classes like?
Midwest Fit Club offers a wide variety of group classes. Classes are available 7 days a week and are open to all fitness levels. Class sizes are kept small ranging anywhere from 3 to 16 participants to one trainer. Classes are an hour in length. With the guidance of MFC’s friendly instructors, you can get in great shape while having fun! Classes include Core N Cuts, Yoga, Fit Camp, Spin Fit, ZUMBA® and Body Weight Conditioning
Will I be locked in to a long-term contract?
No, Midwest Fit Clubs month to month memberships can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.
MFC will be introducing a new set of personal trainers at the Naperville facility, and sessions and appointments to meet the trainers can be scheduled by calling 630.922.1000, e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by stopping by the front desk. Starting in January, you will be able to sign up for personal training or fitness classes from home! Also, ask any of our trainers about information on free equipment instruction, free abs sessions, and free boot camps prior to the new classroom being built near the end of December. Do you have a referral program?
Yes, members will receive one free month for each person they refer to the gym that signs up for a membership.
